    Recent advancements in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) show promise with novel therapies such as low-dose oral minoxidil, topical finasteride, platelet-rich plasma, mesotherapy, low-level laser therapy, and botulinum toxin, which offer improved adherence and fewer side effects. Experimental approaches like clascoterone, pyrilutamide, and stem cell-based therapies target follicular regeneration and androgen receptor modulation. Advanced technologies, including PROTAC and AI-driven designs, aim for precision and minimal invasiveness. Despite these promising developments, the variability in studies and lack of standardized protocols limit their generalizability. Large-scale trials and standardized protocols are necessary to validate these therapies' efficacy and safety, moving towards precision medicine in AGA management.
