These compounds contribute to skin health by promoting elasticity, reducing cellulite, and protecting against UV damage. Additionally, Coffea arabica shows potential in promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss, particularly in conditions like androgenetic alopecia. The review emphasizes the need for further research to validate these benefits through clinical trials and optimize formulation strategies for enhanced delivery and stability in cosmetic products.
