The leaves of Coffea arabica contain higher concentrations of certain phenolic compounds compared to the beans, suggesting unique benefits for skin health. The review emphasizes the trend of using natural ingredients in cosmetics and the need for clinical trials to validate these benefits and optimize formulation strategies for improved delivery and stability in products.
