TLDR Jarilla-Coffea extract gel effectively and safely increases eyelash and eyebrow thickness in women.

In 2018, a study involving 30 women aged between 24 and 62 years tested the effectiveness of a Jarilla-Coffea extract gel on eyelash and eyebrow growth. The gel was applied twice daily for 60 to 90 days. The results showed a significant increase in the thickness of eyelashes by 19.44% and eyebrows by 20% in 80% of the women. The gel also increased the appearance of new hairs and total area with hair, but these increases were not statistically significant compared to the placebo. No adverse effects were reported. The study concluded that the Jarilla-Coffea extract gel is an effective and safe product for enhancing eyelash and eyebrow growth in women by inducing hair thickness.
