What Tressless is, and is not
Tressless publishes plain-language information about hair loss and its treatments, summaries of published research, a community, and a directory of hair-loss experts and clinics.
Tressless is not a clinic. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site replaces a consultation with a licensed clinician.
How the directory is built
Expert and clinic profiles are built from public sources. We check those sources before a profile is published, and we score each profile with the Tressless Score, an editorial comparison based on factors we choose. Profiles exist whether or not the expert has claimed them. A claimed profile can correct and add information; it cannot change its score.

Independence
Tressless is free to use. Rankings are never for sale. No factor in the Tressless Score can be bought, and no expert or clinic can pay for a better position in a list.

To correct a fact on a profile, use the "Report a problem" link on that profile.
