Expert and clinic profiles are built from public sources, and a profile can exist whether or not the person has claimed it. If a profile is about you and you want it changed or taken down, the quickest route is the Report a problem, correction, or removal request link at the bottom of that profile — it reaches us with the profile already attached. This page works too.

Everything sent here is saved and read by a person. A message about your own data always reaches someone — it is never closed by software. We reply to the address you gave us. We do not promise a fixed response time.
