    Organoid technology is transforming precision medicine by using patient-derived stem cells to create 3D models that mimic real organs, aiding in drug testing, disease modeling, and personalized diagnostics. These organoids, including skin and tumor types, replicate physiological conditions and maintain tumor heterogeneity, offering platforms for individualized chemotherapy responses. Despite challenges in standardization and ethical considerations, advancements in artificial intelligence and microfluidics are expected to enhance their clinical relevance. Organoids hold promise for drug development, regenerative medicine, and personalized treatment, potentially revolutionizing precision medicine. Techniques like 3D bioprinting and microfluidics improve organoid construction, while signaling pathways such as TGF-β and EGF are crucial for development, particularly in skin and hair follicle formation. Advanced technologies like single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics further support organoid research, enhancing understanding of cellular development and disease mechanisms.
