    The study compared the effects of topical ketoconazole, minoxidil, and minoxidil with tretinoin on hair growth in male mice. The combination of minoxidil and tretinoin had the most significant effect on hair growth, followed by minoxidil alone, and then ketoconazole. The study suggests that the combination of minoxidil and tretinoin may be a promising treatment for hair loss in humans, but further studies are needed to confirm these findings.
