The study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Scalpoo® shampoo on hair thickness and shedding over 24 weeks with 30 patients (15 MPHL and 15 FPHL). Results showed a significant reduction in hair shedding by 43.6% and increases in hair thickness and number by 11.4% and 20.6%, respectively. Investigator and expert assessments scored the shampoo's effectiveness positively, with average scores of 1.17, 1.37, and 0.87. The conclusion was that Scalpoo® shampoo was effective and satisfying for improving hair thickness and reducing shedding in both male and female pattern hair loss patients.
