A 50-year-old patient with multifocal post-burn alopecia underwent hair restoration, and the results were assessed one year post-transplantation. The patient reported satisfactory results, scoring 4 out of 5 on a Likert scale. A second session was conducted to enhance uniformity. The study concludes that FUE with DHI is effective for restoring natural hair growth angles and density, particularly in challenging areas like the front hairline and eyebrows, and is suitable for cases with limited options for local flaps and tissue extension.
