harm caused by UV radiation leading to skin and hair issues

Sun damage, also known as photodamage or UV damage, refers to the harm caused to the skin and hair by prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. This can lead to a range of issues, including sunburn, premature aging (such as wrinkles and age spots), and an increased risk of skin cancer. UV radiation can also weaken hair structure, leading to dryness, brittleness, and color fading.
