Over 16 weeks, all groups showed significant improvement, with the combination treatments (groups B and C) yielding better results in hair density and width than Minoxidil alone (group A). Group C, using topical Dutasteride with microneedling, showed the highest improvement and fewer systemic side effects compared to oral Dutasteride. The study concluded that combining Minoxidil with topical Dutasteride via microneedling is a promising and effective treatment for AGA with minimal side effects.
