    Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is a key hormone produced in the hypothalamus of the brain. It regulates the release of two other important hormones from the pituitary gland: luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). These hormones are crucial for reproductive function, including the development of eggs in ovaries and sperm in testes.
