TLDR Laser hair removal works well and is safe during any menstrual cycle phase.
The study examined the efficacy and pain tolerance of Alexandrite laser hair removal (LHR) during different menstrual cycle phases in 24 women. It found that hormonal changes did not significantly affect LHR outcomes, with consistent hair reduction rates of about 80% after 3 sessions across all phases. Although some participants reported lower pain tolerance during menstruation, this was not statistically significant. The study concluded that LHR is effective and can be safely performed during any menstrual cycle phase, though larger studies are recommended to confirm these findings.

Justin Trudeau's full head of hair at 53 is humorously attributed to unpredictable genetics and possible use of finasteride. The conversation jokes about a resemblance to Fidel Castro, suggesting genetic luck or treatment use.
