condition where certain medications trigger lupus-like symptoms

Drug-Induced Lupus Erythematosus (DILE) is a condition where certain medications trigger symptoms similar to those of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), such as joint pain, muscle pain, and fatigue. Unlike SLE, DILE typically resolves once the offending drug is discontinued. Common drugs associated with DILE include hydralazine, procainamide, and isoniazid.
