    This study assessed the effectiveness and safety of polyglutamate (PGA) delivered via microneedle (MN) in 30 patients with androgenetic alopecia (AGA) over 12 weeks. Participants underwent six bi-weekly sessions of PGA repair fluid through microneedling, resulting in a 70% overall efficacy rate. Significant improvements were observed in hair density, hair shaft diameter, and vellus hair proportion, along with enhanced scalp symptoms and quality of life scores. No serious adverse reactions were reported, indicating that MN-PGA therapy is a promising and safe treatment option for AGA, potentially improving current therapeutic strategies.
