TLDR The hair lotion reduced hair loss and sped up recovery in women with acute telogen effluvium.
A randomized controlled study involving 100 women aged 19-50 years with acute telogen effluvium was conducted over 16 weeks to assess the effects of a hair lotion containing creatine, acetyl tetrapeptide-2, and B-group vitamins. The results showed that the lotion significantly reduced hair shedding and increased hair density in the intervention group compared to the control group. The lotion also accelerated recovery from the disorder, with signs resolving after only 1 month of use instead of the typical 3-4 months. No serious adverse events were reported, indicating the lotion's excellent dermatological tolerance. The study concluded that the lotion could help reduce hair loss in women with acute telogen effluvium and speed up physiological recovery.
