TLDR Bio-Pulsed sEVs improve hair growth and skin rejuvenation.
The study evaluates the effects of Bio-Pulsed avian MSC-derived extracellular vesicles (sEVs) on hair regrowth and skin rejuvenation through two clinical trials with 60 participants. The topical application of these sEVs significantly improved hair density and reduced hair shedding in participants with hair thinning, while enhancing skin firmness, reducing wrinkle depth, and improving pigmentation in those with signs of aging. Molecular analysis identified key miRNAs associated with dermal repair and follicular cycling. The findings suggest that Bio-Pulsed sEVs offer a promising, non-invasive therapeutic option for hair and skin regeneration, though further trials with larger cohorts are needed for validation.
