This review highlights the role of histone modification as an epigenetic regulatory approach, offering insights into managing these disorders. Therapeutic interventions targeting histone modifications show promise in effectively managing these conditions. The review also explores current and potential therapeutic strategies and emphasizes the future research prospects in this area, aiming for innovative treatments and better patient outcomes.
