The results showed that cow placenta extract lotion can be as effective as minoxidil 2% in women with AGA, with fewer side effects observed. However, the study had limitations due to the small number of cases in each group and short duration of the study. Further studies with larger numbers of patients and longer duration are needed to confirm the results obtained in this study.
