TLDR Conditioned media from stem cells improves hair growth after laser treatment for hair loss.
The study investigated the effects of conditioned media from human adipocyte-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSC-CM) on androgenetic alopecia (AGA) following nonablative fractional laser treatment. Thirty patients participated, receiving either ADSC-CM or a placebo. Results showed that the ADSC-CM group experienced significantly higher hair density and global improvement scores compared to the placebo group. No adverse effects were reported, suggesting that ADSC-CM application post-laser treatment effectively enhanced hair density and volume in AGA patients.
