Continuing finasteride after mastectomy was reported not to raise gynecomastia recurrence or complications, though the data were retrospective and single-center. SVF-enriched PRP outperformed PRP alone for pattern hair loss, with greater hair-pull reduction. PRP injections versus placebo increased hair density in a randomized crossover trial. SNPs in DHRS9 and CYP26B1 were associated with response to dutasteride. FUE megasessions of 3000–6000 grafts gave 93.5–96.6% graft survival. 1540-nm fractional erbium-glass laser increased hair density and thickness. Adipose stem cell–conditioned medium injections increased hair density and anagen rate. Tofacitinib for alopecia areata gave good or complete regrowth in 54% of patients, with mostly mild adverse effects, though a quarter relapsed after stopping.
