Patients with reduced FT and DHT levels post-therapy showed a higher curative effect, while those with increased LH levels had a lower curative rate. The study confirmed the involvement of the androgens hypothalamus-hypophysis-sexual gland axis in AGA pathogenesis and the efficacy of anti-androgen therapy.
