TLDR Method accurately measures finasteride and tamsulosin in combined drug form.
A method for simultaneously determining finasteride and tamsulosin in a combined dosage form was developed and validated using RP-HPLC. The method was found to be specific, precise, and accurate, and can be used for routine analysis of the two drugs in pure form and their dosage forms.
