This case study discusses a 35-year-old male with androgenic alopecia who had minimal results after 3 years of treatment with topical minoxidil. The patient then received 2 applications of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with topical minoxidil and topical finasteride, resulting in significant hair regrowth within 3 months. The combined treatment of PRP, topical minoxidil, and topical finasteride proved significantly more effective than topical minoxidil alone for this patient.
