TLDR The supplement significantly improves hair density and appearance in people with hair loss.
The study, a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial with 80 participants aged 18-60, found that oral supplementation with l-Cystine, Serenoa repens, Cucurbita pepo, Pygeum africanum, vitamins, and micronutrients significantly improved hair density, hair volume, and appearance, and reduced hair shedding in patients with chronic telogen effluvium and androgenetic alopecia over 3 and 6 months compared to a placebo. The supplement was well tolerated without moderate or severe adverse effects, suggesting it could be a safe and effective treatment option for these hair conditions.
