TLDR The supplement effectively improved hair growth and reduced hair loss safely.
The study evaluated the efficacy and tolerability of an oral supplement in 20 female patients with telogen effluvium, some with mild to moderate androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The supplement contained sulfurated amino acids, trace elements, ubidecarenone, and vitamin B5. After 6 months, 14 patients achieved clinical healing, and 6 showed good improvement. Trichoscopy indicated significant improvement in 17 patients. All participants tolerated the treatment well, with no discontinuations. The study concluded that the supplement effectively and safely improved hair growth and reduced hair loss, with high patient satisfaction and excellent tolerability.
