TLDR Low-level laser therapy can boost hair growth and speed up wound healing.
The study demonstrates that low-level laser therapy (LLLT) activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which in turn promotes the regeneration of hair follicle stem cells and accelerates wound healing. This process involves the upregulation of the key downstream gene Lef1. The findings suggest that LLLT could be a promising approach for enhancing hair growth and improving wound healing by targeting specific molecular pathways.
