    This study demonstrates the potential of immortalized human hair follicle-derived mesenchymal-like stromal cells (iHF-MSCs) for scalable production of immunomodulatory and regenerative secretomes. The research highlights the successful immortalization of HF-MSCs, particularly clones C18 and C26, which maintain multipotency and exhibit strong immunomodulatory capabilities by suppressing peripheral blood mononuclear cell proliferation and enhancing regulatory T cell induction. The iHF-MSC-derived conditioned media promotes cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation, showcasing regenerative potential. Additionally, these cells exhibit antioxidant properties, protecting against oxidative stress and hyperglycemia-induced damage. The findings suggest that iHF-MSCs could be a valuable resource for therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine, inflammatory, and oxidative stress-related disorders.
