    A Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) is a medical device that emits concentrated beams of light at specific wavelengths to target and treat various skin conditions, including vascular lesions, scars, and certain types of alopecia. The laser works by delivering short bursts of light that are absorbed by blood vessels in the skin, causing them to coagulate and be reabsorbed by the body, thereby reducing redness and improving skin appearance.
