TLDR iL-PRF treatment improves hair growth for androgenetic alopecia.
The study investigated the effectiveness of injectable platelet-, leukocyte-, and fibrin-rich plasma (iL-PRF) in managing androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The results showed that iL-PRF treatment led to significant improvement in hair growth compared to the control group, regardless of the severity of the condition and sex. The study suggests that iL-PRF could be a promising treatment option for AGA.
