    Graham-Little Piccardi-Lasseur syndrome (GLPLS) is a rare condition characterized by progressive cicatricial alopecia of the scalp, which does not respond well to medical treatments. Early recognition through physical examination and dermoscopy is crucial for timely intervention. This case report presents a patient with GLPLS, highlights important morphological and dermoscopic features, and reviews existing literature on the syndrome.
