Effects of Oral Supplementation of Nutraceutical Formulations - Trichovitals® in Young Adults for Healthy Maintenance of Hair Growth

A study conducted on 50 young adults over a 90-day period evaluated the effects of Trichovitals®, a nutraceutical formulation containing Natural Egg Shell Membrane, Ellagic acid from Pomegranate, Sabbery from Amla fruit, Biotin, Tetra hydro curcumin, and Murraya koenigii, on hair health. The study used self-assessment questionnaires and various hair tests to measure the supplement's efficacy. Results showed significant improvements in overall hair volume, scalp coverage, hair thickness, softness, shine, and a reduction in hair loss. The study concluded that oral supplementation of 500mg/day of Trichovitals® for 12 weeks significantly improved hair thickness, reduced split ends, hair loss, hair breakage, and improved hair growth.
