TLDR LhGH promotes hair growth and prevents hair loss in mice.
The study investigated the effects of nano-liposome encapsulated human growth hormone (LhGH) on hair regeneration in C57BL/6CrN mice. LhGH was applied to the mice for 20 days and 6 weeks, and its penetration and effects on hair growth were observed using light and electron microscopy. The results showed that LhGH increased the number of hairs and promoted hair regrowth in naturally alopecic mice, preventing further hair loss for 3 weeks post-application. This indicated that LhGH could stimulate hair cycling and enhance hair regeneration in mice.
