TLDR Experts recommend using PN-HPT™ for skin rejuvenation in various body areas but have less agreement on initial facial treatment cycles.
The consensus report on PN-HPT™ (polynucleotides highly purified technology) in aesthetic medicine concluded that PN-HPT™ is effective for skin rejuvenation and biorevitalization, improving skin texture, elasticity, and hydration with minimal adverse effects. An expert panel of eight physicians and a survey of 40 specialists developed guidelines with over 80% consensus, recommending PN-HPT™ for various body areas, including the face, neck, hands, and scalp. The report endorsed its use in combination with hyaluronic acid and as a preparatory treatment before other aesthetic procedures, emphasizing appropriate injection techniques. PN-HPT™ was found to be beneficial for conditions like skin laxity, hormonal hair loss, and stretch marks, making it a valuable addition to aesthetic treatments.
