    This study developed and standardized methods for evaluating hair regrowth, keratin levels, and scalp health in androgenetic alopecia (AGA) patients, involving 25 subjects. Utilizing non-invasive techniques and advanced software, the study found significant differences in hair characteristics between AGA-affected and unaffected areas, with lower terminal hair counts and density in affected regions. The methodologies showed high inter-evaluator reliability, confirmed by the Fleiss Multirater Kappa test, providing a reliable framework for future AGA treatment research. Despite the study's single-center design limiting generalizability, it emphasizes the importance of standardized, reproducible techniques for improving the accuracy and comparability of clinical data. Future multicenter studies with larger sample sizes are recommended to enhance the applicability of these findings.
