The study introduces a multifunctional microneedle patch designed for enhanced wound healing, integrating silk fibroin-methacryloyl (SilMA) and gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA). The patch features silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in the base for antimicrobial protection and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the tips to promote cell proliferation and angiogenesis. This design effectively prevents bacterial infection and accelerates wound repair in vivo, suggesting its potential practical applications in wound healing and related fields.
