It discusses various nanocarriers like lipid-based, inorganic, polymeric, and composite nanoparticles that enhance quercetin's solubility, stability, and targeted delivery. Advanced synthesis techniques are evaluated for optimizing drug loading and release. Preclinical studies show nano-Qu's effectiveness in treating cancer, inflammatory disorders, metabolic diseases, and aiding tissue regeneration due to improved pharmacokinetics. However, challenges in biocompatibility, toxicity, and production scalability remain, highlighting the need for further research.
