In pharmaceuticals, NEs show promise in addressing challenges with conventional dosage forms, particularly for CNS diseases and cancer, by enhancing drug stability, bioavailability, and reducing side effects. In cosmetics, NEs improve active component penetration, product stability, and provide UV protection, making them suitable for skincare. The review also covers methods for preparing NEs and their potential to enhance therapeutic and cosmetic outcomes.
