This systematic review evaluates the combined use of microneedling and exosome therapy in dermatology, focusing on conditions such as androgenetic alopecia, skin aging, hyperpigmentation, active scarring, and enlarged pores. Out of 256 references, 8 studies with sample sizes ranging from 3 to 60 participants were included. The review suggests that while microneedling and exosomes show promise, more research with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up is needed to fully understand their safety and efficacy.
