Effectiveness of Mangkokan Leaf Extract Spray (Polyscias Scutellaris) on Healing Incision Wounds in Male White Mice (Mus Musculus)

The study investigated the effectiveness of Mangkokan leaf extract (Polyscias scutellaria) in healing incision wounds in male mice (Mus musculus). Using 20 mice divided into 5 treatment groups, the researchers applied Mangkokan leaf extract sprays at concentrations of 3%, 5%, and 7%. The results showed that the 7% concentration spray significantly accelerated the healing process compared to the 3% and 5% concentrations. The study highlights the potential of Mangkokan leaf extract as a topical treatment for wound healing.
