The study explored the use of microneedling combined with a sterile active compound mixture as a treatment for male androgenetic alopecia. A male patient underwent 6 sessions of this treatment, resulting in a 75% improvement in hair growth and color, and a 50% improvement in hair thickness. The protocol was deemed safe, quick, and effective for short- to medium-term hair growth, with results lasting for 5 months post-treatment.
