Participants were divided into two groups: those aged ≤26 years and those aged >26 years. Over a 1-year period, the younger group showed higher effective rates at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months (42.31%, 65.38%, 88.46%, and 96.15%, respectively) compared to the older group (28.33%, 46.67%, 73.33%, and 80.00%, respectively).
