This study identified the optimal mixing ratio (OMR) of Dendropanax, sea salt, and other extracts to develop functional cosmetics for alleviating hair loss symptoms. The OMR of 1:0.1:5:1 demonstrated low cytotoxicity, high cell proliferation, effective inhibition of IL-6 and iNOS expression, and anti-microbial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. These findings suggest that the selected OMR can be used in functional cosmetics to help alleviate hair loss symptoms.
