The article explores its causes, including physiological events like pregnancy, stress, infections, endocrine issues, systemic illnesses, metabolic disorders, nutrient deficiencies, and drug reactions. Diagnosis involves medical history, clinical exams, trichoscopy, and lab tests. Treatment is multidisciplinary, targeting the root cause, metabolic normalization, and scalp microcirculation improvement. A therapeutic system using specialized cosmetics and pharmaceuticals with natural ingredients is highlighted, with a successful case in a 10-year-old boy demonstrating the approach's effectiveness.
