    The study from 2012 evaluated the efficacy of a hair regenerative therapy (HARG) using proteins from adipose-derived stem cell-conditioned medium (ADSC-CM) in 25 patients with alopecia. The protein solution was administered via mesotherapy 4 to 6 times every 3 to 5 weeks. Results indicated that all patients experienced increased hair growth, particularly after four treatment sessions within 3 to 4 months. Patient satisfaction, measured by Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores, improved with treatment frequency and showed statistical significance (P < .01). The therapy was deemed effective for hair growth and presented as a non-surgical alternative for hair regeneration, with ADSC proteins offering antioxidant benefits and protection against oxidative injury to skin and hair. The mean VAS score after the fourth treatment was 4.20, reflecting positive patient outcomes, and the study suggested that this treatment could be administered by a trained medical practitioner.
