Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare skin reaction characterized by the rapid onset of numerous small, sterile pustules on a background of red, inflamed skin. It is often triggered by medications, such as antibiotics, and typically resolves within a few weeks after discontinuing the offending drug.
