TLDR Fluralaner successfully treated dogs with severe demodicosis in 2 months.
Eight dogs with severe itching, alopecia, hair loss, and erythematous crusts were diagnosed with Demodex canis mites through deep skin scraping. Previous treatments were ineffective. The dogs were then treated with fluralaner, antibiotics, immune boosters, and omega 3 and 6 syrup. Partial recovery was observed after 1 month, with full recovery achieved in 2 months.
