A nine-month-old female Doberman Pinscher with generalized skin lesions and pruritus was diagnosed with demodicosis, pyoderma, and malasseziosis. Laboratory tests identified Demodex canis, budding yeast, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Treatment included fluralaner, enrofloxacin, Benzyl peroxide shampoo, piroctone olamine shampoo, immune boosters, and omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. The dog showed complete recovery one month after treatment.
