    The study investigates the potential of thrombin-preconditioned umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (T-UCMSCs-Exos) for wound healing. The research demonstrates that T-UCMSCs-Exos significantly enhance cell proliferation, migration, and wound closure compared to regular UCMSCs-Exos. In vivo experiments using a mouse skin injury model show that T-UCMSCs-Exos promote angiogenesis, collagen maturation, and hair follicle regeneration, indicating their potential as a promising cell-free therapy for skin injuries. The findings suggest that T-UCMSCs-Exos could effectively accelerate skin wound healing and minimize scar formation.
