The study found that combining nanofat injection with stromal vascular fraction (SVF), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and 1064-nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser significantly reduced the intensity of infraorbital dark circles and wrinkles compared to nanofat injection alone. Patients in all combined treatment groups reported 100% satisfaction. Statistically significant improvements were observed in biometric variables such as colorimeter readings, and complete and dermal thickness and density. This suggests that the combined treatments are more effective than nanofat alone for these cosmetic concerns.
